Privacy policy

ProQuiz lets a language teacher create quizzes with an AI assistant and share them with students. This page explains what is stored, where, and how to have it removed. It is written in plain language and is not legal advice.

What we do not store

Technical data

Why

To run the service: to sign teachers in, to let students take quizzes, to score answers, and to show the teacher statistics (attempts, average score, hardest questions, and scores per typed name if names were requested). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

How long we keep it, and deletion

Students and children

ProQuiz is a tool for teachers. By default it collects nothing that identifies a student. A teacher who asks students for a name decides what to ask and is responsible for having any permission or consent that the law where the students live requires, especially for children.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. A student who typed a name through a teacher's link should ask that teacher first, since names are visible to the teacher; we can also remove attempts on request.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Teachers can only see their own quizzes. Correct answers are kept on the server until a quiz is submitted, except in practice mode, where the page checks answers itself and the teacher is told that answers can then be read by a student who inspects the page.
